Using our portal to invite patients
If you need a little help or a simple reminder on how to send out invites, the quick video below provides easy guidance. You can also reach out to your relationship executive who will be more than happy to arrange some more detailed training.
A couple of things to remember when inviting patients:
- Patients can only have one appointment booked with us at a time.
- This applies to all our services. For example, a patient isn't able to book a physiotherapist if they are already scheduled to see a GP.
- This also applies to adults and children on the same account.
- Always remember to ask whether the patient has any upcoming appointments with Push Doctor.
