This privacy notice tells you what to expect us to do with your personal information when you contact us or use one of our services. It applies to you because you are receiving Push Doctor services as they are part of the NHS services offered by your GP surgery or Hospital.

In some instances, you may have been directed to use the Push Doctor platform for non-urgent care by an Accident and Emergency department you have attended.

In both instances, you will be referred to as an NHS patient throughout this Privacy Notice.

Some parts of this notice also apply to patients who have previously paid for Push Doctor services or received them through their employer.
