Kneeling Pallof Exercises

A rotational core exercise that trains your coreto resist rotation, improving posture, boosting overall strength and reducing the risk of injury.

Coaching points:

  • In a kneeling position, tuck your toes in and squeeze your glutes pushing your hips through
  • Engage your core and tuck your ribs in
  • Hold the cable out in front of your belly for the selected amount of time
  • Remember to perform on both sides
