Pull Up Exercises
A transformative exercise, no matter your level of
fitness. There is arguably no better exercise than
the pull up for your back, lats, biceps and abs.
Coaching Points
- Hold onto the bar with your arms straight. Pull your feet off the floor so you are in a hanging position.
- From this position, pull yourself upwards towards the bar.
- Lower yourself in a controlled movement, fully straighten your arms after each rep.
- Don’t use momentum to swing yourself up.
