
Press Up Exercises
A simple exercise that can be performed anywhere,
with no equipment, working the chest, core, triceps
and shoulders, all at once.
Coaching Points
- Lie down on your front and place your hands by the side with your thumbs in line with your lower chest.
- With your arms around 45 degrees from your body, push the floor away to full extend your arms.
- Engage your glutes and your core to ensure your body moves as a unit i.e. hips and shoulders move up and down together.
- Lower yourself in a controlled movement.
