Planks are simple in theory but hard to hold,
working your core, glutes and hamstrings
while improving posture and balance.

Coaching Points

  • Forearms and toes are the only points of contact with the floor.
  • Keep your head in a neutral position.
  • Keep a straight line from your foot to your shoulders i.e. don’t push your hips high or let them drop.
