A rotational core exercise that trains your core
to resist rotation, improving posture, boosting
overall strength and reducing the risk of injury.
Coaching Points
- In a kneeling position, tuck your toes in and squeeze your glutes pushing your hips through.
- Engage your core and tuck your ribs in.
- Hold the cable out in front of your belly for the selected amount of time.
- Remember to perform on both sides.
