A rotational core exercise that trains your core
to resist rotation, improving posture, boosting
overall strength and reducing the risk of injury.

Coaching Points

  • In a kneeling position, tuck your toes in and squeeze your glutes pushing your hips through.
  • Engage your core and tuck your ribs in.
  • Hold the cable out in front of your belly for the selected amount of time.
  • Remember to perform on both sides.
