GPs can work up to a maximum of 10 hours a day on our video consultation platform, with a maximum session length of 5 hours. During a session, you will see an average of 4.5 patients per hour.

Our sessions are scheduled within our operating times of:
• 8am - 8pm on weekdays
• 9am - 5pm on weekends

Push Doctor NHS consultations are covered under the state-backed GP Indemnity Scheme.

Push Doctor will also provide medical indemnity cover for private consulting.

We also strongly advise you to regularly review your personal indemnity cover e.g. by contacting a Medical Defence Organisation if you have an affiliated one.

After an initial call with our Talent team, you will then - if successful - speak to our Onboarding team, who will guide you through the process of providing the required documentation.

You will then be asked to complete some mandatory training in your own time before being registered as a Push Doctor GP. This process can be completed in as little as an hour, depending on how quickly you proceed with the training.

Following this, we will get you set up on our systems and arrange an introductory call with our Medical team.

On average, the whole process from application to first consultation takes roughly two weeks.
