Camera Troubleshooting

Close down applications

Your camera may be disconnected or in use with another application such as FaceTime, Photobooth, Skype or third party application

Please Force Quit all applications that might be using your camera:

  • Move your mouse to the upper left corner of the screen
  • Click on the Apple logo
  • Select Force Quit
  • Select any applications that might be using your camera
  • Select Force Quit
  • Refresh the page once you have done this and try again

Mac - forcequit

Restart your computer

If closing all other applications down does not fix your camera issues, please restart your computer and try again.
