Our pricing

Our prescriptions are private, so you’ll need to pay for your medication at the pharmacy. The cost will often be cheaper than an NHS prescription.

Pay as you go

We charge an admin fee of £8 per prescription, along with the £20 consultation charge. This covers the processing and delivery of your prescription to a pharmacy of your choice.

Premium

The admin fee is included in your monthly subscription.

Our sick notes (also known as fit notes) are the same as the ones your regular GP can write. We’ll email it to you minutes after your consultation.

Pay as you go

We charge £15 for a sick note, along with the £20 consultation charge.

We can write you a referral letter to an NHS or private specialist.

9/10 customers get a resolution in their first 10 minute slot. However, if you’d like to talk for longer, you can. You’ll automatically go into a second 10 minute slot.

Pay as you go

You’ll be charged an additional £20, along with the first £20 consultation charge, if you go into the next 10 minute slot.

Any unused minutes in your second slot will be credited to your Push Doctor account. The credit can be used to pay for sick notes, referrals, and prescriptions in future consultations.

The additional 10 minute fee is included in your monthly subscription.

Premium fair usage policy

If you subscribe to our Premium product, you’re subject to our fair usage policy.

In simple words this means that:

• You’re entitled to one GP consultation per month over a 12 month period.
• If you don’t use a consultation, it’ll roll over into the next month. Or if you use more than one a month, we’ll calculate how many you have left pro-rata.
• You can cancel anytime. However, there may be a charge. For example, if you cancel after 3 months, and by then you’ve used 5 consultations, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to two consultations.
